I got 383 marks.Can i get govt MBBS seat?

You have neither mentioned which category you belong to nor the state of yours. With a score of 383, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years, if your category is general. For general category candidates, a minimum score of 500 or above remained to be a safe zone in state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
