As you have scored 385 in neet 2019 and you have not mentioned so I am assuming that you are from the unreserved category.
however, it is very difficult to predict cutoff as it depends on various factors.
but looking at the cutoff of previous years I can say that there is very less chance of getting a seat in a government college.
