Hi Anil at 391 marks it is difficult to say which colleges you can get in St category because you are not mentioned your state. It is possible for you to get a Government Medical College if you are from Delhi State quota but if you go for all India quota then and it is very difficult to get admission at your score so you need to mention your state so I can help you with the colleges that you can get at your score. Let me remind you that state quota cutoff are lower than all India cutoffs and your score will not stand a chance in all India cutoffs in most of the states but could get you a state quota government seat in government colleges kindly mention your state

I am sorry but your chances are very less in govt colleges in telangana. You can try for government dental colleges if you can. Also private medical colleges are possible at your score. Hope this helps
