I got 402 mks in neet . should I drop nxt yr for neet preparation again.as I want to do only mbbs

It isn’t entirely impossible for you to get admission this year itself for MBBS. It depends on your category, your rank and the state you’re applying to. I’ll attach a link that will give you cutoff details of colleges across the country.
