I got 42 marks in maths and 68 in physics and 63 in chemistry can i eligible for uptu counselling 2018

Yes you are eligible for counseling because eligibility criteria is 45% in pcm.

But I read at one place that the uptu eligibility criteria is securing 45% marks in maths and physics

Hello shubham,
For UPSEE counselling, you have to appear in UPSEE Exam and qualify the exam.
There are only required 12th passed with 50%.
According to UPSEE rank, you can join the counseling of UPSEE.

Yes of course, you are eligible. You can take admission in good private college like IMS, AKGIT, ABESIT, BBD etc.
You have to join counseling and try your luck.
