I got 420 marks in neet can I get a BDS collage in Bihar through 85% state quota? I am from Bihar and I am a general category student.

Your score is very low to fetch you a seat in dental colleges under AIQ or state quota. As in the year 2018, the cutoff of BDS under All India Quota was 522 marks and cutoff for BDS under state quota was 525 marks

I am afraid that you may not get a seat in government dental college in bihar , not even under state quota for general category.
For example, last year marks required for a seat in Patna Dental College & Hospital, Patna under state quota for general category was 525 marks.
