i got 423 marks and my rank is 5740 in neet 2020. i m in gen category. can i get best private colleges in south??

Smita, there are few things here. NEET 2020 has not been conducted yet. And if you are giving these numbers assuming your chances, then 423 marks in General Category cannot get you a rank of 5740. Your AIR rank would be beyond 35,000. And coming to the Private Medical Colleges, all States except Karnataka are not Open States which means that you need to hold the domicile of the particular State you want to take admission in. Now there is Management Quota for Private Medical Colleges and you can apply directly only after all the rounds of Counselling are over because Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. And the fees under Management Quota is nothing less than 40 lakhs. So assuming you get this score, you need to apply only through Direct Admission if you want to study in Private Medical College in the South.
