I got 4247 (obc) rank in jee adv. and I want to be a professor. what choises fill in couselling??

According to your rank and category , you can get many new iit's like ropar , gandhinagar , palakkad , tirupati , bhilai etc in good core streams . Apart from these you can take some lower branches in iit bhu and dhanbad and other iit's .
