I got 4247 (obc) rank in jee adv. I am filling choises. and I want to teach after graduate. Is matter there courses (b tech or BSc)?

Sir /mam I just want to go in the field of research. I have passed 12 this year.. but I am confuse whether I should take drop and prepare for IISER or IISC or jee adv or another reputated university like BHU Or just get admission in my local college and do bsc from there..along with IISER or jee adv

Hi there,

If you want to become a professor, then yes you can do it after doing btech, but you also have to complete, mtech & PhD and since you will do it from iits as your rank si quite decent then you might get a good salary as a professor.
