No brother not at all possible. Even in neet 2018, the government BDS colleges of Kerala had cutoff around 480 and above. This year toh cutoffs are even going to rise further so you seem no chance. You can try in private dental Colleges of your state or think of taking a drop and scoring more than 560/570 next year and getting Government Medical College itself In your state. Decision with you.
