Although There is no chance for government MBBS(considering as a UR candidate).. I am able to answer this question more accurately if you mention your category, Domicile state..

As the competition is increasing day by day it will be difficult for you to secure a seat in government medical college as for general category the cut-off marks will be 500+ marks if he or she is applying under 85% state quota seat.
