Hello,
As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
The admission under state quota can be taken in state the candidate has domicile of. Since you are from Andhra Pradesh, you can not take admission in telangana medical colleges under state quota. However if you have high enough marks in NEET you can go fo All India quota colleges in Telangana state.
