Your chances depends on the category you belong if you belong to a general category the chances are quite low as the cutoff usually goes 500+ for govt Colleges whereas if you belong to OBC category your chances are moderate and if you belong to SC St category your chances are fair enough to get a govt medical college. However if you want a private medical college the possibility is high enough for all the categories even if you belong to a general category.

460 marks is very marginal.A score about 500 would secure your seat.But hope for the best.You have good chance to get into a govt medical college.Best of luck.
