I got 471 mark in NEET 2018. Unfortunately Am under general catagory? What is my chance for MBBS?

First of all, you're not unfortunate. If you look at it as a stigma, chances of inculcating negativity it pretty high. Prove your mettle by pushing your limits and work hard. What you achieve by your sheer ability is always more valuable than anything else.
Your odds of selection are almost nil this year since your score is pretty less.
You need to score above 570 to increase your odds of selection via AIQ 15 % since you belong to GENERAL CATEGORY.

With a score of 471, the chances of obtaining admission to government medical colleges through All India Quota are very less. You could be eligible to secure a seat through state quota, however, that depends on the state that you are a domicile of. Some of the states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and West Bengal do accept a score of 471. You will also be eligible for seats available in private colleges under management quota.
