Why you want to do engg to get a degree to hang in wall.Just like three idiots .But not in this case .The marks you got even if you clear degree .You analyse yourself can you do complicated Mathematical stuff in Digital Signal Processing ,Control Systems .Where maths is must and college maths is not a cup of tea .So that elxectonics .Better take field of your level like B.com BBA and all Ultimately you are going to do job in bank .Even you clear engg you are going to get Rs 5000 job which is much less than a Xerox shop weekly earning .
Still vyou want to do then you can get admission in any engineering college by giving huge amount of money. And nowadays most colleges have criteria of 60% in PCM
