The marks in neet you got is 491 is really best score and with OBC category the chances of government college are high and moreover the accurate cutoff is not still yet released but I can say you may get the seat for sure

Are you sure I wud get a seat because evrevery is saying I won't get anything...n I m really shattered because my exam just got messed up due to pressure of being a dropper n it's really hard to accept that I have ruined my year
