I got 496 in NEET 2019. I'm from West Bengal (UR), I didn't get a college in round 1. Can I get a seat in the later rounds?

Hi Shree,
I would say you should wait and see until seat allottment is completed, you never know you might be able to get a BDS seat if the cut off goes there. If you don't get anything, and if you specifically want MBBS then maybe you might have to drop and prepare again for better chance at government medical colleges.
Here's a link that has the West Bengal cut off 2019:

Hello aspirant,
For getting a seat in mbbs one must score 580+ and for getting bds, one must score 520+ for general category. Now considering your score you might or might not get a government seat in bds as your marks are round about the cutt off. Just wait and hope. That's all i can say. Well but if you do not get a seat, you could try in private colleges or go for courses like bams or bums, you can get a government seat in them.
All the best.
