I got 500 marks in neet and AIR:21447 .should i prefer to drop this year or wait till the couselling completes and do mbbs from privatecolg?

You have scored a decent enough rank. You may get government colleges through state quota. Do visit the counselling process. Dropping a year and taking preparation has to be completely your decision and no one can help you reach a decision.
