I got 500 marks in neet.If i get not so good govt. college in UP should i prefer to join a good private college instead?

Private colleges teaching is immensely good but exposure is not that great unless it's a famous one

If you can pay money, you can go for your state college private one
If you prefer to go out of state govt college, it's your choice

Don't worry about exposure and teaching inabaprovate college as all are sufficient and good in a top one
