503 marks par general category me government MBBS mushkil hai, but SC/ST/OBC/EWS me kuch newer govt colleges ya BAMS govt college mil sakta hai, especially MP state counselling me. BAMS govt college chances MBBS se better hain.
MP ki Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana private MBBS/BDS me tuition fee support deti hai if:

12th me required % ho (MP Board 70% / CBSE 85%)

Scheme mainly merit + eligibility based hai; exact NEET AIR rank benefit officially fixed nahi hota, but better rank se good private college allotment easier hota hai.
