i got 505 in meet 2020 will i be able to go for aiq counselling for neet? or deemed?and will i get scholarship in any of the deemed college?

Let me tell you this straightforwardly that you have very low chances of getting a medical college through all India quota. All India quota is extremely competitive as there is very low amount of seats , 15% of our seats.
Your chances is very low in all India quota you should definitely check out through state counselling. For deemed university the cutoff varies always to college but with your marks I would suggest you KIIT University in Bhubaneswar. No there is no provision for scholarship in most deemed colleges
