With this rank it will be very difficult to get admission in a NIT or IIIT. Even if you might get admission in a NIT or IIIT even then it will be very difficult to get a good branch. Thus, my suggestion to you is that you should aim towards private and state universities where you might have a good chance pf getting admission and you might also get a decent branch. All the best.
