Hello Shibani, The process of choice filling is that you should put the college you are expected to get at the top and the colleges you are sure to get at the bottom because the system works in a way that it doesn't check for any results further if you are allocated a seat, so even if you are getting a better seat but you have put it at the bottom, the system won't check and you will miss the seat.
