I got 51% in 12th 2018 exam total but my aggregate marks of PCB eng sub are not 50% what can I do? can I attend neet exam with this marks?

If you belong to General Category, you should have scored 50% minimum aggregate marks in PCB subjects to be eligible to appear for NEET 2019 exam.
As you mentioned that your aggregate of PCB is not 50% so you can appear for improvement exam in one or more subjects. By scoring better marks in the improvement exam, you can meet the required percentage.
