With a rank of 5165 you can take any branch in Gitam University , either Vizag, Hyderabad or Bangalore .The total strength of cse is around 2k in the past 2 years and ece around 600,and little in other branches compared to the two. Based your rank you can happily get a branch of your choice in Vizag.
