I got 520 marks in NEET 2019. am I eligible for NEET counseling? cutoff percentile is 50 but mine is 97 also cutoff score is 701-134

the minimum cutoff for this years NEET Examinations was like always dependent on the number of candidates appearing for exam, this year in Unreserved category 704335 students appeared and hence the minimum required cutoff for getting admission to any government college started from 134, i.e. only students scoring equal to or above this can apply for counselling further.
