i got 530 marks and 39000 rank in neet , if any chance to get govt seat in ap ,obc catageroy

If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in andhra pradesh through state quota .Previous year ,minimum marks requiere by an obc candidate was 441 for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Srikakulam. In au region.while it was 427 for Government Medical College, Anantapur.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
