The last year state counseling cut off for ESIC college Hyderabad for OTHER BACKWARD CLASS(OBC) category was around 471 marks that accounts for around 60000 rank.

Your score being 532 shows that you have a fair chance of getting the MBBS seat in the ESIC college Hyderabad from the state domicile.
