Hi Mohit,

As per the rules a single applicant is allowed to take the benefits of state quota 85% seats of government medical and dental colleges from his or her respective domicile states only.

So, you are not allowed to sit for other state's government quota seats counseling. You can sit for private college seats but not for government college seats.
