I got 57 marks sc category can i get seat off mbbs govt college?

You are not eligible to apply for admission to the MBBS course since you have not qualified the NEET exam. The minimum qualifying cutoff for NEET exam for SC category is 107 marks.
You can prepare well and appear next year for the exam and score better to get admission.
