Dear aspirant, congratulations for scoring such w good score. You sure have strong possibilities of getting admission in government medical College in UP. As per last year's records and trends a candidate have to score atleast 500+ to expect admission in government medical College. Therefore , it seems you have good chances of getting a seat without any problem.
However cut off do change every year but it will not affect that much to your possibilities of getting a seat.
