I got 58680(obc) and 83.71% rank in jee mains 2019 did I have chance of getting any branch in mbm college

You have qualified JEE MAINS,you are elligible for JEE ADVANCE.Chance of getting NITs or IIITs with rank 58k rank under OBC quota is less.You should look for another engineering entrance examination.With this score you won't get government engineering college.
