I got 60.22% in cmat exam with 135 marks....can I eligible for any government college with minimum fees..

The chances are very low for government colleges but you can have the chances for IMT Nagpur, IMT Hyderabad, IBS Hyderabad. Further to check your chances you can use CMAT pathfinder tool:
