i got 613 marks,rank 14253,UR category.can i get any clg in rajasthan,gujrat through AIQ?? Also my state domicile is jharkhand so any suggestions plz???

Last year through AIQ 607 marks with respective rank of 6386 secured a seat in GMC Bhavnagar for UR, while 600 marks with corresponding rank of 7667 secured a seat in GMC Dungarpur for General Category, chances seem tough with these two college, and more so because there are higher possibility of cut-off increasing this year, in case of Jharkhand state quota last year for UR the least marks required to secure a GMC seat was for 580 marks with respective rank of 13096, check out previous year cut-offs as follows;
