I got 63% in class 12 due to certain accident in my family and I got 520 in neet am I capable to do MBBS???

Yes you are surely eligible for mbbs. The qualifying marks for neet examination is
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%
, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
Since you have 63% you are completely eligible for mbbs .
