Since you have not scored 65% in your boards which is the basic eligibility criteria for NITs IIITs GFTIs for SC candidates, you might get state government colleges for private colleges based on your percentile and reservation category. Also you are not eligible for JEE advanced so you will have to find out college based on your JEE mains performance you can find them on the following link:
