Yes, you are eligible to appear for JEE Main. Since JEE Main Phase -1 (Jan) is over, you may appear for JEE Main to be held in September if you have already registered for it. As the criteria of Board % says that Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination. For SC/ ST, the eligibility is to obtain a minimum of 65% marks in class 12 or equivalent. As you are a candidate of SC category, you were required to score a at least 65 % which you have already scored.
So, you may get admission into NIT/IIT on the basis of your JEE Main/ Adv. score respectively.
