According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs for B.Arch course as per previous year's cut-offs so I would recommend you to take a drop and prepare yourself for JEE-Main Paper-2 of next session i.e. 2020-21.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
