i got 72.3 in my state board examination of uttar pradesh. Should i get enrolled in MANIT

No, with this percentage you cannot apply for MANIT as for NITs,IIITs, GFTIs either 75% is required or you should be there in top 20 percentile. But you can apply for private colleges like VIT, SRM, MANIPAL etc with this percentage.

On the basis of 72%, you will not get MANIT, as you would be needing at least 75% aggregate marks in class 12th with 5 subjects. However, as per the other eligibility wherein you need to be in top 20 percentile of your class 12th board (If you are in that), then you are eligible for admissions, however, you must also qualify JEE Main for admission into MANIT

how i get to know about my top 20 percentile. ... i want know what is the rank required in jee mains to pick that college from cs branch

No, you are not eligible to take admission in MANIT as you need to get 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile and counselling is already over for 2017.
