i got 74.77percentile can i get iiit

As you haven't mentioned your category so assuming you to be a general category student, it is not possible to get NITs with this percentile. Although cut off differs on the basis of various categories such as no of students, marks obtained etc.

I assume you are asking about jee main exam. see jee main exam is nation wide competitive exams to admission in reputed iits, nits, iiits, gftis of the all over India. every year numerous students appears in the exam and few are selected in tier 1 colleges. also the cutoff score varies college to college and year to year.

it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, choice of stream, students category.

however at this percentile you have less chances for IIITS.

If you belong to general category then unfortunately you can not get into any IIIT or any NIT this year, try to score 97+ percentile next year to get into your preferred colleges.
