There are many good colleges that comes under Delhi University. And for B.com (OBC) their cut-off lies between 94-99.00 %. They release their cut-off lists and the admission process occurs in more than 1 round. If your marks is 90+ then you might get the admission in first or second round. But if you got 75% then there's is quite less chance of getting admission although you can try as they offer admission in more than 1 round. You can wait till 4th or 5th round.
