Sorry dear but for nit Warangal it is very low percentile even in last branch.
But you can apply for other colleges and if you are in category surely you will get the benefit.

Bro pls say I got 90 percentile and 12000 ews rank and my home state is Andra can I get nit AP for civil engineering for spot round

For nit ap last year cutoff for spot round in civil engineering is 32976 in home state quota .
So you have very low chance bro.
