I got 76 percentile in January jee main exam i want to join iiit trichy or iiit kanchipuram if any possible

These IIITs closes before 45k rank in general category.  Your rank for 76 percentile in general category would be around 250000. So it seems you have very low chances for getting IIIT kanchepuram and IIIT trichy for your rank.
