I got 78% jee mains and CRL rank 2 lack and OBC rank 62,000 which state college can I get in Telangana in b category and which NIT cottage can I get with this percentile

As you have mentioned that you have got 78 percentile in JEE mains and a crl of 2L do let me tell you that it's very difficult for you to get a nit because the cut offs are way higher as per your percentile.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
