As per the your scores, 78.3 marks are an average marks as the cut off is 70 for 2020 NATA exam.

At these marks, it is not likely to get into a reputed university for the B.Arch courses therefore, I would recommend you to try for the private universities at these scores. The cut off scores for the exam are usually between 70-80 so these are borderline marks. Therefore, if you can you can try for one more year also.
