I got 78%in Bengal board and my jee rank is 134023... is there any chance to get any iiit or gfti?

The rank you got is much higher than the closing rank of all colleges through JoSAA counselliing. Even with state quota, you can't get any college. Please try for a seat in WBJEE Counselling with your JEE mains rank since it has a seat reservation of 15% for JEE main.
