I got 79 percentile in jee mains in form ews category . Can I get any NIT'S or IIIT's

With a percentile of 79,you are not even qualified to write JEE Advance and with this percentile your rank will be more than 2 lakh.Hence it is impossible for you to get into any of the NIT even though you belong to ews category.Hence I suggest you to give other exams properly.Thank you.
