I got 80 percentile in jee mains..and 78 % in 12 can i get sant longowal institute of engineering and technology....???

With respect to your percentile you may get the sant longowal institute of engineering and technology but my suggestion please try for iiit with respect to your category you are having chances to get even iiit so if you got iiit please opt for it
