I got 81 percentile that is 210510 rank in jee mains. Can I get admission in VSSUT burla in IT(SSC) branch??

No dear you can't get admission through your rank because your rank is very low that why you are not eligible for it. You have to find out another option dear through which you can take admission in various colleges or university of India like private universities.
