I got 81.6%le in MHA cet and CMAT i got 45%le can i got best b-schools?

At this percentile you will not be able to make it to any of the top notch B-schools. Given your aspirations to join one of the best B-Schools and your percentile this year, you should consider giving another attempt next year. Along with this side by side if you can do any internships and some relevant certification courses, it will help in building up your CV
